{Reads} Books To Read

I read recently that the average CEO reads 60 books per year. I used to read that much, but have yet to achieve this goal for sometime. My love for reading has fallen to the wayside over the past several years, but I aspire to reignite that passion.

As a way to have some accountability, these are the books I currently have in my reading queue that I’d like to finish by the end of the year.

  • The Quilt Walk

  • Parenting by the Book

  • Switch on Your Brain

  • Hillbilly Elegy

  • Fear

  • Girl with a Dragon Tattoo

  • The Big Truck That Went By

  • Present Over Perfect

  • The Best Yes

  • The Broken Way

  • The Magnolia Story

  • Uninvited

  • Positive Parenting: Parenthood

  • Grace Not Perfection

  • Saving Wonder

  • The Well-Behaved Child

  • Parenting the Wholehearted Child

  • The Gift of Imperfection

  • Lord, Change Me

  • Making the “Terrible” Twos Terrific

  • Breathe, Mama, Breathe

  • Minimalist Parenting

  • A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23

With 21 weeks left in the year and my current reading pace, I am not 100% sure I can achieve this goal, but I intend to give it my best shot, by closing apps that aren’t productive and spending time off my phone and in a book.
